MACA-TCHA BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Smoothies are great option on the go! And you can mix so many amazing ingredients together (nutrient bomb)!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cm of peeled ginger root (you can use skin too; adjust amount to desired kick 🙂 )
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tsp roiboos matcha powder (eg. by Minvita)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 TBS sea moss (I keep already made ‘jelly’ in the fridge)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

METHOD

Blend all ingredients together, and… that is all 🙂 Enjoy!
