Smoothies are great option on the go! And you can mix so many amazing ingredients together (nutrient bomb)!
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cm of peeled ginger root (you can use skin too; adjust amount to desired kick 🙂 )
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp roiboos matcha powder (eg. by Minvita)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 TBS sea moss (I keep already made ‘jelly’ in the fridge)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Blend all ingredients together, and… that is all 🙂 Enjoy!
