  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 TBS moringa powder (Aduna)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBS coconut oil


Firstly, blend banana with nut milk. Then add the rest of ingredients, blend again until smooth. Heat up large frying pan and fry pancakes for few minutes on each side.

Top with favourite fruits (berries are great as they contain phytonutrients – chemicals being anti-oxidants and having anti-inflammatory properties), coconut yoghurt or chia pudding, sprinkle with homemade granola and voilà!
