Recipe for 1.



  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 6-7 red radishes
  • ½ large or 1 small avocado
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ medium courgette
  • sesame seeds (for sprinkling)


  • 1 lrg spring onion
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 TBS raw coconut aminos
  • ½ TBS raw agave nectar
  • 1 TBS water


Wash  and dry all vegetables, remove ginger skin.

First make sauce. Finely chop spring onion, mince ginger, add coconut aminos, agave nectar and water. Mix well and set aside.

Place lettuce leaves on a big plate. Slice the rest of veg and put on each leaf. Sprinkle sesame seeds on everything and then seat and enjoy!
