While reading about that amazing root vegetable, I found Indonesian tonic called ‘JAMU’. It belongs to herbal medicine and is used as prevention and treatment of many diseases. You can read it about it here.
Below recipe for my turmeric tonic.
- 1 large young thai coconut
- 1 medium size turmeric
- 2cm piece of ginger
- 1-2 limes
Make juice from turmeric, ginger and limes. Add to coconut water and stir well. Pour into the bottle. Keep in the fridge.
Tym razem proponuję super żółty leczniczy napój z kurkumą.
- 1 duży młody tajski kokos
- 1 średni korzeń kurkumy
- 1 cm kawałek korzenia imbiru
- 1-2 limonki
Wycisnąć sok z korzenia kurkumy, imbiru i limonki. Dodać do wody kokosowej, wymieszać i przelać do butelki. Trzymać w lodówce.
