Chocolate & cinnamon quinoa puff balls

I have had puffed quinoa in my kitchen drawer for a while so the time came for puff balls with my favourite cinnamon. 
It is so great idea when you want something sweet and nutty flavoured. Moreover, so quick to make – it takes approximately 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup brown rice syrup
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 & ¼ cup quinoa puffs

METHOD:

Malt almond butter in small saucepan. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add rice syrup and melted almond butter. Mix everything well. Scoop the dough and roll between palms of your hands to form balls.
