Summer is amazing as it is bringing so big variety of fruits and vegetables. I admire all these treasures every time I am going to the local grocery shop.
The weather is beautiful and it is very hot so smoothies, shakes or juices are great way to cool down a little.
This morning I made green smoothie which was the great start of my fantastic day!
- 1 pear
- ½ or the whole banana
- 1 cup structured H2O (*, **)
- 2 nectarines
- large handful of spinach
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Put to the fridge for half an hour or use iced cold water.
Sit in the sun and enjoy!

** My way: pour water into the plastic bottle (desirable BPA free), put to the freezer, wait until frozen, then take out and leave on the side until you get liquid again.
