Green chill smoothie

Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to the very special person who has inspired me again ❤

Summer is amazing as it is bringing so big variety of fruits and vegetables. I admire all these treasures every time I am going to the local grocery shop.

The weather is beautiful and it is very hot so smoothies, shakes or juices are great way to cool down a little.

This morning I made green smoothie which was the great start of my fantastic day!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pear
  • ½ or the whole banana
  • 1 cup structured H2O (*, **)
  • 2 nectarines
  • large handful of spinach

METHOD:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Put to the fridge for half an hour or use iced cold water.

Sit in the sun and enjoy!

** My way: pour water into the plastic bottle (desirable BPA free), put to the freezer, wait until frozen, then take out and leave on the side until you get liquid again.
