This time I chose that shake as I love fresh pineapple. It is great to include it to your breakfast and it will be amazing start of your beautiful day. It boosts your metabolism, it is very nutritious and it helps with detoxification.

- 250 ml water
- ½ pineapple, cut into chunks
- 8 strawberries
- 2 TBS ground flaxseed
- 8 mint leaves
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
