Orange, coconut & turmeric smoothie

Today I could not stop thinking about the smoothie I was going to make after work. My sunshine of the day!

Recipe adapted from here.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup chilled coconut water
  • 2 TBS coconut milk
  • ¼ gluten-free oats
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks (also can be frozen)
  • 1 TBS agave nectar
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp maca powder

METHOD:

Blend all ingredients for about a minute. Pour to the jar or glass and leave for a minute on the side. And then, you can just enjoy!
