I thought these easy pancakes would be great for late lazy breakfast… not on Sunday but on Monday.

- 1 mashed banana (⅓ to ½ cup)
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of pink salt
- 1 TBS cacao nibs
- 3 TBS almond flour
- virgin coconut oil for frying
Mix all ingredients well. Heat up oil on the frying pan. Pour batter using table spoon (1 pancake = 1 TBS of batter). Fry about minute on each side (flip them carefully) or until golden brown.
Serve with fresh fruits or maple syrup!
